Acro is a fluid style of tumbling that includes, strength, control, flexibility, musicality, and balance.  Rather than string a bunch of tricks together, it integrates dance skills with the acro skills to create a fluid routine.  

It is strongly encouraged to take more than one acro class a week to promote proper muscle memory, strength and flexibility.  

2022/2023 Acro Classes -

        Thursday 7:00- Upper Level Acro ages 9 and Up

        Friday 4:30 - Multi Level Acro- Ages 6 and Up

        Additional Classes being added to schedule

 

The Video  gives an idea of the skills we practice in class.  However depending on the age and level of the dancer the components of the class may be changed.
